Can't sleep!

arrhhh....after back from London feel like hard to sleep early at the night...and wake up freaking late in the morning..gosh!!i cant be like that anymore...my school and training need start soon...need wake up in the early morning everyday!!come on...hope i can get sleep early and early from now:(Sukma is over..i am quite sad that i cant join the sukma and join my junior team!i miss sukma alot!!i wish i can fightting together them them!really had lot of fun last few sukma!i am happy to see my junior getting improve and improve!and me..start my training in july after my injury last year!having 3 week holidays in hometown,and now leave one week...time pass so fast!of coz i miss my baby timothy so much...3 week we din see each other..arrhh!!I MISS U TIMOTHY LAI!!!!!!!!!hehe...my best ever sweetheart!huhu:)love u lots...
